Spindles United took on a strong Deathwish side on Tuesday night.
The Spins started out strong scoring the opening goal in the 20th minute by midfielder Nate Powell. His first of the season.
The lead didn’t last very long, as Deathwish answered with a goal to level it before the half.
The second half came with 4 unanswered goals by Deathwish resulting in a final score of 5-1. Spindle's first loss of the season.
Entering into next week, the Spins stand at a record of 2-1-1. Where they will take on Backheel FC under the lights at 8 PM.
